2 People who cannot be arrested no matter what they do

How would you feel if you were the only person on the planet who could not be apprehended by any police force in any country? That appears to be one of the most wonderful things that may happen to a person.

There appear to be only two people in the world who have both Sovereign Immunity and Diplomatic Immunity.

They cannot be arrested in their own nation if they have sovereign immunity, and they cannot be arrested in any country if they have diplomatic immunity.

These two have the ability to get away with murder. Even though they are physically incapable of doing so, even if it were to occur, they would not be arrested.

These individuals have what is known as crown immunity, which means they are above the law and are not subject to the law’s outcome since they are the law.

So, who are these two individuals? Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II of England is the first, while her spouse Prince Phillip is the second. So, what makes these individuals impervious to arrest?

In the case of Prince Phillip, his Range Rover was involved in a head-on accident with another vehicle near Sandringham not long ago, and no arrest was made, which is not always the case.

The queen’s immunity arises from the fact that all justice in the United Kingdom, as well as other countries where she exerts her sovereignty, is administered in her name, and she is thus seen as the foundation of all justice.

As a result, the judges are acting under her authority. Every decision made in any court is actually her decision, although it is carried out through the judges. And, because she is the one who administers justice, her presence in court would imply that she is prosecuting herself.

The Queen cannot be interrogated by police or forced to testify in court, according to the law. There are no arrests allowed in any of the Queen’s palaces. There can be no arrests made anyplace the queen is, thus she can’t be arrested because that would mean she’s present.

Even if someone standing next to the queen makes a mistake, she cannot be arrested until she commands it. In essence, the Queen is the law, and because she is the law, she is not subject to it, but rather above it.

Prince Philip, the Queen’s husband, likewise has same privileges and cannot be arrested as a result of his position as the Queen’s husband. All inmates in the United Kingdom are also at the mercy of the Queen, who has the right to pardon anybody she chooses, which means she cannot be imprisoned by any prison. Everyone else in the palace, including the children, is subject to arrest, but only the queen and the Prince are exempt.

What are your thoughts on the Queen and Prince?
