American rapper Don Toliver was apprehended by the police for driving under the influence (DUI). According to a statement from the California Highway Patrol, officers stopped Toliver for speeding in the early hours of Tuesday morning near the San Fernando Valley. Authorities expressed concerns that he may have been operating the vehicle while impaired.
Despite observing signs of impairment, officers opted to issue Toliver a citation and release him at the scene, refraining from immediate arrest.
Although no explicit mention was made of another individual accompanying him, law enforcement sources informed TMZ that Don Toliver was released into the custody of a sober party who was with him at the time. The identity of this individual remains unclear. However, officers disclosed that Toliver cooperated fully during the entire incident.
