Andy, widely recognized as Andy Best, has tragically passed away following a prolonged illness, as reported on Tuesday.
His demise was officially announced by Mr. Seun Oloketuyi, the convener of the Best of Nollywood (BON) Awards.
“Andy Best, a top Nollywood producer and marketer, is dead.
“He died in an Owerri hospital today,” he wrote on Instagram.
Andy Best, credited as the producer behind notable films such as “Lion of Africa,” “White Poison,” “My Father’s Cup,” and numerous others, has left a lasting legacy in the Nollywood industry.
