A 9-year-old girl has been identified as the person who set Ebeano supermarket in Abuja on fire.

The fire had burned throughout the night of July 17 till the early hours of the next day, razing the multi-million Naira shopping mall.
The cause of the fire was said to be unascertained at the time.
The CCTV footage showed the girl dressed in a black T-Shirt and jeans walking down the section where books, lighters and gas cylinders are stocked up on the shelves, before lighting up a fire that would go on to engulf the entire building.
In the video, she waited for the fire to catch on before she disappeared back where she came from.
The blob of fire she left behind exploded leading to an inferno that engulfed the supermarket located in the Lokogoma area of Abuja.
The girl has now been identified as a 9-year-old that came with her mother to the supermarket.
